| GTC – General Terms and Conditions All rates are in €uro. Prices are effective since January–1-2012 and are subject to change without notice. The time is computed from the moments the car leaves and returns to the CSI-ChauffeurServiceInternational garage. INCLUDED IN THE RATES German VAT (at present 19%), gasoline, insurance coverage for passengers, driver allimentation and accomodation. NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATES Airport Arrival Fees Waiting time: hourly rate Excess km, tolls, foreign tax, highway and tunnel fees, parking, entrance to museums Mobile phone Bank and Public Holiday: surcharge of 50% on 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st of January Gratuities: at client’s discretion PAYMENT CSI-services shall be prepaid 5 working-days prior to services. 10% down-payment expected right after booking-confirmation. CANCELLATIONS/ NO-SHOW Up to 7 days ahead of service, no charge. If service is cancelled less than 7 days prior to service, 100% fee to be charged. No-show/refusal fee: 100% to be charged. |
